If you recall, I started my countdown for my favorite holiday of the year awhile back and guess what? It's back! Independence Day, 4th of July, Fireworks Celebration, Laura and Drew's Future Anniversary - whatever you call it. It's this Sunday. And I'm thrilled.

Besides the lovely winery wedding on Sunday, we're not 100% sure about our plans. Samish Island has been where it's at for, well, my entire life. So missing these festivities might be a bit odd. But we'll see, it'll always be there next year.

I mean who wouldn't want to go cabin-hopping on North Beach? As you can see, everyone gets pretty patrotic. (i.e. look at all those flags!!)

And who wouldn't want to see the coolest, most rad, fantastically awesome parade ever? Even featuring little people and mini horses.

We'll see what we decide on. Either way it will be a blast because it's the BEST HOLIDAY EVER.
